Are you passionate about architecture and precise planning? Then you've come to the right place as Architect (m/f/d) with focus on planning (work phases 1-5) in Munich

Your tasks

• Planning of exciting building construction projects in work phases 1-5
• Feasibility studies
• Close cooperation with specialist planners, project managers and clients
• Ensuring the Quality, adherence to deadlines and costs in the planning phase
• Application of current CAD software for the plan creation
• Participation in technical clarifications and coordination with external partners

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in architecture or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in planning (service phases 1-5)
• Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant building regulations
• Very good CAD skills, ideally also in ArchiCAD and BIM
• Precise working methods, technical understanding and a high level of quality awareness
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German
