Your tasks:

• Coordination of financial strategy and management
• Coordination of fundraising for our impact funds and maintenance of investor and partner relationships
• Strategic and operational management of the finance department (controlling, accounting, reporting, treasury) and its optimization
• Development of forecasts, budgets and financial plans in close coordination with the management
• Monitoring the impact funds and ensuring that funds are used appropriately
• Ensuring transparent financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed studies in economics, finance, controlling or a comparable background
• Several years of professional experience in a senior finance function, ideally as CFO, Head of Finance or similar
• Sound knowledge of accounting (HGB, IFRS), controlling and corporate finance
• Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality
• Confident appearance, enjoyment of teamwork and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Business fluent in German and fluent in English
