Role description

The Management driver & fleet manager is a key position based on trust with a direct link to the company management.
He ensures safe, discreet and reliable mobility for the management and is also responsible for the entire vehicle fleet, company inventory and warehouse organization.

These are your tasks

• Driving service of the management:
  Secure, punctual and discreet transportation of the management to appointments, events and trips.
  Care and coordination of the vehicles, including maintenance, cleaning and documentation.
• Fleet management:
  Organization and management of all company vehicles (company cars, delivery vehicles, etc.), including insurance, MOT, workshop appointments and consumption statistics.
  Maintaining and updating Excel lists for an overview of vehicle and inventory data.
• Stock and inventory management:
  Control, maintenance and tracking of stocks, work equipment and operating equipment.
  Support with internal relocations, material procurement and warehouse optimization.
• Technical tasks:
  Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work in offices or properties.
  Basic understanding of IT for maintaining digital directories, device inventories and documentation.
• Willingness to travel:
  Willingness to travel 1-2 days per week at home and abroad as part of driving services and logistical tasks.

What you bring with you:

• Driving license class B (ideally BE or C1E)
• Basic technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Confident with MS Excel and digital tools
• Discretion, reliability and a well-groomed appearance
• Organizational skills and willingness to work flexible hours
