Your tasks:

• Coordination of financial strategy and management.
• Coordinating fundraising for our impact funds and maintaining investor and partner relationships.
• Strategic and operational management of the finance department (controlling, accounting, reporting, treasury) and its optimization.
• Development of forecasts, budgets and financial plans in close coordination with the management.
• Monitoring the impact funds and ensuring that funds are used appropriately.
• Ensuring transparent financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders.

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed studies in economics, finance, controlling or a comparable background.
• Several years of professional experience in a senior finance function, ideally as CFO, Head of Finance or similar.
• Sound knowledge of accounting (HGB, IFRS), controlling and corporate finance.
• Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality.
• Confident appearance, enjoy teamwork and interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Business fluent in German and fluent in English.
