Around 30 experts work for us on the management of condominium owners' associations (WEG), rental properties, commercial properties and in the area of special property management.

In the position of Managing Director, you will assume responsibility for a respected real estate company - and at the same time drive the further development of an alliance that creates perspectives across borders.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the Strategic and operational corporate management
• Further development of the real estate development and management divisions
• Leadership, motivation and further development of the team
• Budget, finance and reporting management
• Expansion and maintenance of customer relationships, network and partner management
• Representation of the company internally and externally
• Driving force for innovations in the areas of Sustainability, digitalization and premium real estate projects

Your profile

• Degree in real estate management, business administration, construction or comparable qualification
• Several years of management experience (management, divisional management or comparable position)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic foresight and strong implementation skills
• Sound knowledge of the real estate market, preferably in the premium segment
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a modern management style
• Enthusiasm for sustainability and high-quality real estate projects
