For the office locations of Prof. Burmeier Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH in Recklinghausen and Hanover we are looking for the following with immediate effect you as civil engineerin or architectwith a focus on project management and controlling.

Exceptional projects are our profession:

• You will be involved in the project management of commercial and industrial investment projects and site development projects on a technical, content-related and economic level - from the initiation phase to handover.
• You will be responsible for the technical inspection and supervision of major power plant decommissioning projects in the area of federal grant construction.
  You will be involved in drawing up and controlling target agreements with project sponsors in grant construction.
• You will be involved in the development of project strategies, the preparation of requirements analyses and the monitoring of resources and schedules.
• You are responsible for goal- and solution-oriented project implementation and conflict management.
• You are involved in the approvability of major projects.

With your skills and knowledge, you will fit perfectly into our team:

• You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field.
• You have knowledge of site and property development as well as the management and controlling of construction measures in building construction, civil engineering and civil engineering
• If possible, you will have basic knowledge of urban development, construction planning law and approval management.
