For our office in Cologne we are looking for reinforcement in the area of Secretariat / Back-Office. If you have a commercial education and would like to work in a dynamic environment with varied tasks, then we definitely want to get to know you!

What you can expect:

- Contract management: You maintain an overview and take care of the monitoring and maintenance of contracts, including expiring contracts, terminations and contract extensions.
- Central telephone reception: You are the first point of contact for callers and ensure that all inquiries are dealt with professionally and promptly.
- Handling of central IT matters: You take care of basic IT matters and ensure that everyday office life runs smoothly.
- Digitization of documents: You ensure the digitization and proper filing of important documents and records.
- Correspondence with authorities, tax advisors and customers: You take care of communication with external partners and ensure professional and timely correspondence.
- Central registration of seminars: You take care of the registration and coordination of further training measures and seminars for the team.
- Support with preparatory bookkeeping: You ensure that all invoices and receipts are recorded correctly and on time, even if bookkeeping is not a more in-depth task.
- You are the right hand for all administrative activities: You will actively support us in the organization and coordination of daily tasks and help to ensure that the office runs efficiently.
- Office organization: You ensure an efficient and well-structured office structure and coordinate all organizational tasks that arise in the back office.

What you bring with you:

- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Experience in contract management
- It is advantageous if you have experience in real estate management, but not essential
- You are fit in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and work independently and in a structured manner
- A good command of written and spoken language is a matter of course for you
- You are proactive and can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
