About the position

At the Osnabrück site, a entrepreneurial leader who will assume overall responsibility for the branch.
A team of around 30 experts works on projects in the following areas Infrastructure, environment, construction and approval management.

The task combines Operational responsibility with the opportunity to strategically develop the location and advance forward-looking projects.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the Osnabrück site
• Leadership, motivation and further development of the team
• Expanding and maintaining customer relationships and acquiring new projects
• Responsibility for budget, sales and sustainable growth
• Close cooperation with the management and other locations

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, civil engineering, environmental sciences or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and management experience, ideally in the management of a location, division or company
• Sound knowledge of the relevant technical and legal environment
• Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational strength and a high degree of decision-making confidence
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a modern management style
• Enthusiasm for sustainability, the energy transition and innovative infrastructure projects
