We are a medium-sized company based in Hanover and work on projects in all areas of environmental and geotechnical engineering. Our range of services extends from the investigation of contaminated sites, subsoil investigations, foundation consulting, building demolition to quality assurance in earthworks and road construction. We provide advice, draw up concepts for investigation, safety and remediation measures and implement these in the field.

Our almost 30-strong "Soil and Waste" department implements projects in the areas of land recycling, soil management, waste (this involves mineral waste generated on construction sites) and the investigation and remediation of soil and groundwater contamination in northern Germany.

What you can expect:

  • Technical project organizationYou are the organizational heart of the project! You take care of precise work preparation, including planning and coordinating line requests, communicating with laboratories and all project preparation. Your daily tasks also include coordinating and monitoring deadlines to ensure that everything stays on time and within budget.
  • Back office for construction sitesIn this role, you will ensure that the projects run smoothly by being responsible for invoice and measurement checks and creating the corresponding documents. You will ensure complete documentation and support the project team with your structured working style.
  • Contract and supplementary managementYou monitor contracts and are an important point of contact when it comes to supplements. You always maintain an overview of contract terms and work closely with other departments to find the best solutions and make timely adjustments.
  • Project tracking and completionYou accompany the project through all phases - from the initial idea to the final completion. You will ensure that deadlines are met, milestones are reached and everything is documented so that the project can be successfully completed.

 

What you bring with you:

  • Education/BachelorCompleted training in a technical/commercial field or Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical subject.
  • ExperienceFirst professional experience in an engineering office is an advantage.
  • MS Office: Confident handling of common MS Office programs.
  • Team orientation & organizationYou work in a solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview of complex tasks.
