Around 800 employees work in the SIERA Alliance on the vision for a better future in the areas of environmental protection and climate, water and ecosystems, circular economy, urban sustainability and infrastructure as well as impact technology.

TABERG Ingenieure GmbH has grown continuously in recent years. We want to continue on this path in the future. At the earliest possible date, we are looking for part-time or full-time reinforcement (m/f/d) for the specialist area of Deconstruction and building pollutants at our main location in Lünen.

These are your tasks:

  • Independent technical and economic management of various projects
  • Carrying out building pollutant investigations and sampling in buildings
  • Preparation of pollutant registers and dismantling, remediation and disposal concepts
  • Creation of service specifications
  • Processing of technical issues for building demolition and building pollutant remediation measures
  • Assumption of construction supervision and expert construction monitoring in the course of the implementation of construction measures

What you bring with you:

  • Successfully completed studies in natural or engineering sciences (preferably environmental sciences, civil engineering, geosciences) or comparable
  • Preferably with several years of professional and project experience, but career starters are also welcome
  • Preferably certificates of competence/expertise according to TRGS 519 / TRGS 521 / TRGS 524
  • Preferably knowledge of construction contract law (especially VOB knowledge)
  • Confident in using MS Office, preferably basic knowledge of tendering programs (e.g. Orca AVA)
  • At least C1 (specialized language skills) according to CEFR levels
  • Driving license class B ("car driving license")
