Around 800 employees work in the SIERA Alliance on the vision for a better future in the areas of environmental protection and climate, water and ecosystems, circular economy, urban sustainability and infrastructure as well as impact technology.
To strengthen our team we are looking for a Project manager for building pollutants and building demolition (m/f/d) at the Hagen site.

Tasks

  • Technical responsibility for projects in the field of building pollutants and building demolition
  • Collection, evaluation and interpretation of relevant specialist data
  • Preparation of pollutant investigations, remediation concepts, expert reports and demolition applications
  • Coordination with technical and approval authorities and clients
  • Planning, tendering and construction management of renovation and dismantling measures
  • Coordination of all project participants with regard to deadlines, quality and costs
  • Participation in the acquisition of new projects as well as proposal preparation and customer support

Profile

  • Completed geoscientific or environmental engineering studies (Master's degree or comparable)
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of building pollutants, building demolition or related fields
  • Knowledge of construction and public procurement law (VOB, HOAI) an advantage
  • Confident handling of common MS Office products and relevant specialist software
  • Experience with AVA software, BIM, GIS or CAD desirable
  • Willingness to plan, tender and manage the construction of deconstruction and renovation projects
  • Knowledge of TRGS 519, TRGS 524, BaustellV and LAGA PN 98 advantageous (further training is offered)
  • Class B driver's license required
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation and ability to work under pressure
