With M&P Environmental Technology at the location Heidelberg we deal with environmental, demolition and geotechnical issues, manage the remediation of contaminated sites and develop contaminated sites.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you with immediate effect as Project Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for your own projects in the specialist area of building pollutants and building demolition in a team of approx. 5 employees.

Your tasks

• You assume technical responsibility for your own projects in the field of building pollutants and building demolition
• You are responsible for the collection, evaluation and interpretation of specialist data
• You prepare building pollutant investigations, building pollutant remediation and demolition reports, specialist concepts and demolition applications
• You manage the coordination with technical and approval authorities as well as clients and the acquisition of new projects in the field of building demolition
• In addition, you will work on the further development of sustainable concepts in the area of building pollutants and building demolition
• You perfect the quality assurance of existing projects

Your profile

• You are interested in a varied job with office work and external appointments
• You have successfully completed a Master's degree in geosciences or environmental engineering
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of building pollutants and building demolition or related areas
•  Ideally you have knowledge of VOB and HOAI
• You are characterized by a committed and independent way of working as well as a strong team orientation
• Good knowledge of the common MS Office products and relevant software round off your profile
• Good knowledge of AVA software is an advantage
