These are your tasks:

  • You will work in the areas of contaminated sites, building demolition, site development projects and waste disposal
  • You are responsible for project management and project controlling of planning, awarding and construction management for construction and remediation measures
  • You manage the project management in procedures for the approval of waste management and immission control facilities.
  • You will take on the project management of individual projects in these areas.
  • You support project acquisition, costing and customer care

What you bring with you:

  • A successfully completed technical or scientific degree or an equivalent qualification
  • You already have professional experience in successful project management
  • If possible, you have knowledge of the investigation and assessment of soil, groundwater and building contamination
  • You are also familiar with the planning, tendering and construction management of building demolition and contaminated site remediation projects
  • Knowledge of project management of contaminated site remediation measures and land development projects as well as basic business management skills are an advantage
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of the expertise according to TRGS 519, TRGS 524, BaustellV and LAGA PN 98
  • Knowledge of the use of BIM, GIS or CAD is an advantage
  • You are in possession of a valid category B driving license
  • You are a talented communicator and keep a cool head even in difficult situations
  • Your strengths also include a high level of social competence in team leadership
