Around 800 employees work in the SIERA Alliance on the
Vision for a better future in the areas of environmental protection and climate, water
and ecosystems, circular economy, urban sustainability and infrastructure
and impact technology.

The M&P Ingenieurgesellschaft Gruppe Nord currently has around 125 employees working on
employees at the Hanover, Hamburg and Osnabrück sites are working on projects from the
environmental technology, contaminated sites and water management.
Core competencies are services in the area of land development
(land recycling, soil investigation and demolition), in the development of
concepts for the remediation of contaminated sites and the exploration of old military sites and the
Explosive ordnance clearance.

How you can contribute to a better future with us:

  • Processing, planning and independent implementation and handling
    of projects in the areas of contaminated sites, land recycling and
    Building pollutant investigation
  • Orienting and detailed investigations including sampling
  • Risk assessment
  • Refurbishment concept and planning
  • Monitoring of remediation measures including compliance with the project objectives, -
    quality, time, costs and local construction supervision
  • Preparation of expert opinions, reports and tender documents in GAEB format
  • Advice on the awarding of construction contracts and their invoicing

What you should bring with you:

  • Completed studies in the fields of environmental engineering, environmental sciences, geosciences, hydrogeology, etc.
  • If possible, several years of professional experience with specialist knowledge in the field of contaminated site investigation and remediation, including the relevant legal bases
  • Experience in dealing with environmental issues in the areas of soil/groundwater protection, contaminated site management, waste and soil management
  • Knowledge of public procurement law is an advantage
  • Motivation to acquire specialist knowledge through internal and external further training
  • Ability to work in a team in combination with leadership qualities
  • Confident handling of MS Office is a prerequisite
  • Class 3 or B driving license and willingness to travel on individual days
