Your tasks:

• Tax advice on company acquisitions in the EU - in particular structuring, valuation and implementation
• Support with tax due diligence audits (buy-side / sell-side).
• Participation in the development and optimization of acquisition, financing and holding structures in an international context.
• Analysis of tax risks and development of pragmatic structuring approaches
• Tax review and commentary on draft contracts.
• Collaboration with our internal legal, finance and M&A teams as well as external tax and legal advisors.
• Participation in post-merger integration (PMI) for tax purposes.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed tax-related studies and appointment as a tax consultant (m/f/d).
• First to several years of professional experience in corporate tax law and/or M&A transactions.
• Good understanding of international tax issues, particularly in relation to EU structures (e.g. withholding tax, transfer pricing, anti-abuse rules).
• Interest in practical structuring work and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Confident appearance, enjoy teamwork and interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Business fluent German and very good English skills.
