Your tasks:

• Conducting structured telephone, virtual and face-to-face interviews throughout the selection process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates across all stages of the application process
• Pre-selection of applications based on defined criteria in close coordination with the specialist departments
• Coordination and organization of interviews with internal stakeholders
• Supporting candidates from initial contact to the final decision (incl. rejection and offer management)
• Maintaining the applicant management system and ensuring a smooth process

What you bring with you:

• Completed training, studies are a plus
• Professional experience in recruiting or interviewing is a plus
• Strong communication and conversation skills
• Empathetic demeanor, sound judgment and professional approach to applicants
• Structured, independent and service-oriented way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint)
