Around 700 employees work in the family-run MuP Group on the vision for a better future in the areas of environment, climate protection, water and renewable energies as well as sustainable urban development. The group includes the Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH North with locations in Hanover, Hamburg and Osnabrück. The company currently employs around 120 people in the specialist areas of soil protection and waste, environmental and geotechnical engineering, water management, geoinformation, explosive ordnance and nature conservation.

We are looking to strengthen our team, preferably in Hamburg or Hanover, with a Team leader deconstruction and building pollutants (m/f/d)

The demolition and building contaminants team currently consists of around 6 employees. The team is flanked by land recycling, soil and waste management, as well as contaminated site remediation with a further 20 employees. Our customer structure consists of both public and private sector institutions. The projects are primarily located in northern Germany.

These are your tasks:

• Technical and organizational management of the Deconstruction and Building Contaminants team
• Preparation of expert reports, demolition applications, remediation concepts and disposal concepts
• Preparation of technical plans, tender documents and subsequent technical construction supervision
• Technical and economic management of the projects of the Deconstruction and Building Contaminants team
• Support for selected customers / new customer acquisition
• Close cooperation with the management at the Hamburg, Hanover and Osnabrück locations
• Participation in strategic decisions for the further development of the team
• Participation in personnel selection and management

What you bring with you:

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, geosciences or a comparable subject.

• You have many years of practical experience in project management - especially in demolition and dealing with building pollutants.

• You have sound knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment).

• A building design authorization is an advantage.

• You have already gained initial experience in a management role - with technical and commercial responsibility.

• You communicate clearly, appreciatively and respectfully - whether in a team, with customers or in networks.

• With your attitude, you create trust and lead by example.
